Frequently asked questions
Which portals can the Radar read?
Workday, SuccessFactors, Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, SmartRecruiters, Personio and company websites. You just type the company name: Rumbo finds its official portal. If one can't be read, it flags it and looks for its openings another way.
Does Rumbo apply to openings for me?
No. It works in assisted mode: it prepares the CV, the contacts and the interview, and opens the portal. You review and confirm.
What about LinkedIn job postings?
Share them from the LinkedIn app with Share → Rumbo and they're assessed the same way. Rumbo never logs in to your account.
What happens to my data?
It's hosted in the EU and isn't shared with employers, headhunters or consultancies. Only aggregated data is used to improve the app.
Is it on Android?
Not yet. Rumbo is on iPhone and on the web from any browser, with your data in sync, in Spanish, English, Portuguese and German.
